01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the gbajje platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of gbajje, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered members who have not yet deposited, and active players who place bets or play games on gbajje.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on gbajje. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on gbajje, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your details change, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting gbajje support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbajje login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. gbajje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

gbajje supports a range of local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The available methods, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and processing times are displayed in your account's payment section and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits to gbajje must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. gbajje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, gbajje reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals on gbajje are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. gbajje aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements that apply to your account at the time of the request.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the time of transaction.
• gbajje does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification.
• gbajje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

gbajje offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

Bonus funds credited to your gbajje account cannot be withdrawn directly. 06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on gbajje are final once confirmed. gbajje does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been submitted, except in cases where a technical error on the gbajje platform caused the bet to be placed incorrectly.

gbajje uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all slot and table games. The outcomes of all games are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the game mechanics. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting events.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• gbajje reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, gbajje's server records will be used to determine the outcome.
• Winnings from games are credited to your gbajje account balance immediately upon settlement.
• gbajje reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gbajje. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account on gbajje.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the gbajje platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage on gbajje.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

gbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to gbajje, other players, or third parties.

You may close your gbajje account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant by gbajje.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings.
• gbajje will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy charges.

gbajje does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. While gbajje makes every effort to maintain 99.9% uptime, planned and unplanned maintenance may occasionally affect availability. gbajje will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

• gbajje's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these terms limits gbajje's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms
